Add inventory to rooms.
SAM provides an on the go and quick solution to gathering the inventory. Users simply increment items as they are tagged and staged for move or even at the point of the move.
As the inventory is added it accrues to the room, the rooms are tracked items in SAM each achieving a row of metadata, which allows PM’s and Move Managers to visualize the children items in each room at a glance.
Relocate items with ease.
As the inventory is assembled, SAM stores this information as Assets added to Rooms. Once the Room is inventoried, a separate function at the room level allows another user or user level to relocate these items to the destination and count and verify them. As the assets are incremented to the Destination the form validates Origin Assets to Destination Assets. If the count is identical the Room can be closed. If there is a discrepancy, then it must be resolve or the Room cannot be closed.
